Drop Off & Collection

Please only drop off and collect your child at their lesson time; no facilities are available to accommodate children who arrive earlier than this. I will come to the main door to collect children and then meet their parents at the main door again at the end of the lesson. If you are late, please ring the bell for Flat 3 and I will 'buzz' you in to meet your child in the corridor.

Illness- don’t send your child!

If your child has been unwell, please think considerately as to whether they should attend or not. If your child has had sickness or diarrhoea, please do not send them until 48 hours after their symptoms have completely ceased. Coughs, colds and sore throats spread easily; if it can be spread, do not send your child to tutoring. If a child displays signs of being unwell in their session, parents will be called to collect their child early. 

Covid

All students must take a lateral flow test before attending. No student is allowed to attend if they have not Covid tested. Parents need to register the result on the NHS Track and Trace app or via the website https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result . Please set up an account. You should then receive an email confirming your result. Please forward this email to info@charlottegardiner.co.uk. You also need to take a photo of the test and WhatsApp it to 07407703070 before the lesson.
